Prime Minister Christopher Luxon spoke to the media from Singapore on Monday.
Luxon arrived in Singapore on Sunday. It's the first stop in his Southeast Asia visit, which also includes Thailand and the Philippines.
Luxon is meeting with officials such as President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
