Police have released the name of a woman who died in a rural motorcycle crash in Taranaki on Saturday.
Evelyn May Harris died in the crash on what police said was a private Salisbury Road rural property in Stratford.
The accident was believed to have happened before 12pm.
The 58-year-old died at the scene and WorkSafe had been advised of the incident.
The matter had also been referred to the Coroner and police said enquiries into the circumstances of the crash were ongoing.
