Today is Boss' Day.
While the day is officially on October 16, because it falls on a weekend this year, it's marked on the closest weekday.
We all hope for a supportive boss who is stern when they need to be and calm under pressure, but from what we've heard it's no secret some bosses are on the bad end of the leadership spectrum.
