National Provincial Championship: Week nine team announcements, how your team can still reach quarter-finals

Official team lists for this week's round of the National Provincial Championship, with quarter-finals spots on the line.

Here's what your team need to make next week's playoffs...

Wellington - Sitting atop odds conference and now assured of home advantage, after trouncing Counties Manukau. They face Hawke's Bay in the quarter-finals.

Bay of Plenty - Clinched their quarter-finals berth with a bonus point in the last-minute loss to Northland, but a loss to Waikato means they will now return to Hamilton in the playoffs.

Waikato - Vioctory over Bay of Plenty means they will host the Steamers for a quarter-finals rematch.

Hawke's Bay - Helped their chances no end with a bonus-point win over Tasman and are now safely in the playoffs, with Otago's loss to Canterbury. They face Wellington in the quarter-finals.

Otago - Their season is over, after a painful loss to Canterbury, where a converted try in the final minutes would have kept them alive.

Canterbury - Have lost just once all season (to Taranaki) and have wrapped up home advantage through the playoffs. The team to beat and they now host Northland in the quarter-finals.

North Harbour - Second in the evens conference and sealed home advantage for the quarter-finals with their massive win over Southland. They host Auckland next week.

Auckland - Safely into the playoffs with Tasman's loss to Hawke's Bay and will now travel over the Bridge to face North Harbour in the quarter-finals.

Tasman - Eliminated from playoff contention, after Northland's win over Manawatū.
