Five years after announcing herself to the world with a canoe slalom silver medal at Rio de Janeiro, Luuka Jones returns for another crack at Olympic glory.
The Tauranga native will head to Tokyo for her fourth Olympic Games, after competing at Beijing and London, as well as Rio.
After the silver in Rio, Jones has also picked up a bronze at the 2019 world championships at La Seu d’Urgell, Spain.
Jones has also finished second twice at the canoe slalom World Cup, once in 2009 in New Zealand and again in 2019 in Bratislava, Slovakia.
