The photo focuses on the spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains from a bathroom inside the retreat.
"Where else can you take a bath with a once-in-a-lifetime alpine view? Past guests say this Queenstown home overlooking Lake Wakatipu is every bit as magical it looks," the caption says.
"Also unbelievable: helicopter hikes, Luc's homemade biscuits and a glass of champagne in that tub."
Other entries on the list were from the Amalfi Coast in Ravello, Italy, Morocco and New South Wales, Australia.
The Australian entry was sixth on the list and achieved more than 56,000 likes. It focussed on the view of the Hawkesbury River from a house on the shore.
Known as The Boat House, a night in the listing would cost $126. It has room for up to four people.
