Man allegedly pulls out gun in McDonald's drive-thru in Australia

A man has been charged for allegedly pulling out a gun in a McDonald's drive-thru in Sydney.

Police said the incident happened after the alleged offender, a 41-year-old man, got into an argument with a group of other people, AAP reports.

He then allegedly pulled out a gun before a fight erupted.

When police arrived at the scene, a subsequent search of his vehicle revealed some crystal meth and a pistol, AAP reports.

Police said he's been charged with driving while disqualified and possession of an unregistered firearm.

He will appear in Sydney's Blacktown Local Court next week.
