Trump supporter pulls gun on teen girls at rally after being splashed with water

A seething Donald Trump supporter has been filmed threatening a group of teenage girls with a pistol after a rival protester splashed water on him.

The man was attending an unofficial Trump rally in Woodinville, Washington when an anti-Trump demonstrator allegedly threw a bucket of dirty water in his direction, infuriating him.

It's understood the demonstrator, who witnesses say was unknown to the group of girls, then fled the scene.

It was at this point that tensions bubbled over between two small groups of Trump supporters and protesters, with footage showing a man yelling as he pulls his pistol on the teenagers.

A woman can be seen desperately trying to push him away from the scene as one of the girls tells him to "get the f**k out".

"What's your name? I'm calling the police! I've got it on video that you pulled a gun on girls," yells the woman filming the video, to which a Trump supporter responds: "Call the police, bitch! Rat me out, bitch."

As the man returns to confront the girls once more, the woman filming tells him the bucket of liquid was just "water, you snowflake".

Footage of the incident posted to Twitter has now been viewed more than 3.2 million times.

Police arrived at the scene within 10 minutes of the incident and confronted the man, who allegedly told officers he reacted angrily because he thought the liquid may have been acid or fecal material.

No one was arrested as a result of the skirmish, as carrying a firearm in public is legal in Washington. However both Woodinville Police and the King County Sheriff's Office are still investigating.

"We've got a lot of work to do, because we want to interview a lot of people and try and put everything in context," Woodinville Police Chief Kathleen Larson told NBC.

"There are two sides to every story, and in this particular case, in this video, we don't see what precipitated the man pulling out his firearm, and he was assaulted prior to that."
