Australian police are talking to media after the arrest of Erin Patterson, the woman who is accused of killing three people with deadly mushrooms in eastern Victoria.
It comes after Patterson, the woman who cooked the beef wellington pie at the centre of the case, was arrested by police on Thursday morning.
