A New Zealand exporter says publicity around the discovery of traces of DCD in milk products has thrown sales to China into disarray.
The Government and other authorities moved into damage control mode last week to provide assurances that the trace amounts posed no danger.
But new image chairman Graeme Clegg says their efforts have not been good enough.
