Dark Souls II coming to PS4, Xbox One

Dark Souls II is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in April next year, From Software announced overnight.

Titled Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, the new release includes all three add-on packs released for the game (Crown Of The Sunken King, Crown Of The Old Iron King, and Crown Of The Ivory King), as well as "an array of all-new content". It's coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.

As well as the extra content, Scholar of the First Sin will take advantage of the new consoles (and DirectX11, for the PC version) with improved visuals and gameplay enhancements, and also features an expanded story with new events and characters.

Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin will launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on April 2, 2015.
