The viral hit shows R2D2 at the helm of an X-wing fighter engaging in aerial combat with tie-fighters.
Popular YouTuber's CorridorDigital posted the video -- titled The Drone Star Wars: Attack of the Drones -- just two days ago, racking up over 570,000 views.
The creators used drones to capture the point-of-view shots of flying through a valley, under a bridge and swerving through pine trees.
The behind-the-scenes video shows multiple crashes happened in the making of the video, resulting in smashed cockpits and damaged drones.
