Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are officially divorced.
The Hollywood couple today had their divorce finalised in LA, reports TMZ.
According to documents filed in the LA County Superior Court on November 27 Josh and Diane came to a private financial agreement, and she will not be seeking spousal support from her ex.
The 48-year-old actress will also reportedly be dropping Brolin from her legal name.
The pair got married eight years ago but decided to go their separate ways in February of this year.
"It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It's not ugly, it's just over," an insider told Us Weekly at the time.
It's 45-year-old Josh's second divorce. He split with actress Alice Adair in 1994, with whom he has two children Trevor, 25, and 19-year-old Eden.
Josh was also briefly engaged to British actress Minnie Driver.
This is also Diane's second divorce. The Man of Steel star was married to actor Christopher Lambert from 1988-1994. They have daughter Eleanor Jasmine together.
Gangster Squad actor Josh has faced other personal upheaval in recent weeks.
He checked into rehab last month following a fistfight with another man in Santa Monica that was caught on camera, and was rumoured to be receiving professional help for substance abuse problems.
"He realized he needed help and is committed to his sobriety," a source told Us Weekly.
He is currently being treated at a facility in Northern California, and says he is "completely done” with alcohol.
