Kris Jenner is reportedly trying to bag a Playboy shoot.
The 58-year-old Kardashian family matriarch is known for being a little wild and has undergone something of a makeover since her split from her husband of 22 years Bruce Jenner last year.
She famously posted a picture of herself in a skimpy black bikini on Instagram recently, leading her to consider flashing more flesh for the adult publication.
"Kris has been talking about posing for Playboy magazine for a while now," an insider told British magazine Heat. "She's in the best shape of her life and is keen to show it off. The bikini shot she posted on Instagram recently was so well received that she's said, 'Why not?'"
Kris is known for be a big supporter of the men's magazine and famously encouraged her daughter Kim to strip for it in 2007. While Kim was initially unsure about the shoot, Kris advised her to give it her all as one day she would like having the images to look back on.
Apparently Playboy founder Hugh Hefner was interested in Kris' approach.
"Hugh never forgot Kris and has noticed her recent makeover," the source said.
Kris is currently single, although she has been linked to several men since her marriage breakdown. One of those is 31-year-old Bachelor star Ben Flajnik, and it's thought their friendship has also given Kris a confidence boost.
"Spending time with Ben and other young men has made Kris feel younger and sexier that she has in ages," the insider explained.
Last year, Hugh caused a storm when he claimed Kim was considering appearing in Playboy again on Twitter. He later deleted the post and it's thought it could have come from comments the reality TV star made when she was pregnant with her daughter North, who was born in June.
"I just wanna come out to the world, like, naked and be, like, [raises middle fingers] 'I look so hot. I'm back. You all called me a whale, Shamu, a cow...'" she said on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, in relation to the criticism her pregnancy body received.
"As soon as I pop this thing out, I want to do Playboy or some nude shoot."
