The full schedule has been released for the upcoming New Zealand Fashion Week 2015, which launches on Monday August 24.
The 15th NZFW will see many Fashion Week regulars return, including Zambesi, Stolen Girlfriends Club, Kate Sylvester and NOM*d.
One big name missing from the main schedule is Fashion Week stalwart Trelise Cooper, who won't be showing her winter 2016 collection. Cooper made local and international headlines last year when she dressed models on the runway in Native American headwear, with many calling the move culturally offensive.
"This is the first year that Trelise hasn't shown her forward season collection at NZFW and we respect her decision to change her focus to connect directly with her consumers through an in season show," say Fashion Week organisers.
"However, we are excited to have Trelise Cooper closing NZ Fashion Weekend this year, with what is going to be an amazing show featuring her Spring / Summer collection."
The very popular Fashion Weekend will kick off on Friday, August 28 and along with Trelise Cooper, Helen Cherry, Storm and Moochi will also show their in-season collections for the public.
