Kevin Spacey's popularity has taken a hit - no one wants to play tennis with him on the set of his new movie Game On.
The Oscar winner volunteered his time as part of a charity auction for New Orleans, Louisiana housing organisation Make It Right, and offered fans the chance to spend the day with him, but when bidding on the item closed last week only half the reserve price of US$5,000 had been met.
Spacey is having another go at reaching out to his fans, posting a link to the eBay.com auction on his Twitter.com page, adding, "Tennis anyone? Really. Bid here and I'll show you my skills."
