In Michael Bay’s Pain & Gain, a pair of bodybuilders in Florida get caught up in an extortion ring and a kidnapping scheme that goes terribly wrong.
The action comedy is based on true events that occurred in Miami in the 1990s.
The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Rebel Wilson, Anthony Mackie, Ed Harris and Ken Jeong.
Pain & Gain is set for a New Zealand release of August 8, 2013.
