There were five girls left vying for the 2016 NZ Bachelor's heart after Storm and Ceri were sent home last week, and only four roses left.

It's coming down to crunch time for Jordan and the remaining five girls.

The 32-year-old chose to go on the single date with Kate -- a romantic lunch where they discussed their compatibility.

However, rather than being jealous, the other girls were "stoked" Kate finally got another single date.

Kate hadn't kept it a secret that she felt like she was in the 'friend-zone' with Jordan, so this date was make-or-break for her -- and it seemed to go well.

Jordan would never be one to keep the date so calm, though. The couple were strapped into a parasail, despite Kate's fear of heights.

She swore like a sailor the whole way through, which Jordan didn't seem to mind too much.

When quizzed by the girls upon her arrival to the house, she confessed they didn't kiss -- much to their delight. Kate didn't seem fazed, though.

Next up, it was time for the group date. The bach decided the girls would be joining him on a pirate-like ship to go sailing.

After some showing off and splashing around from both sides, Naz, who has a fear of water, had a near drowning experience.

Fleur jumped in to help Naz, and once everyone was safely back on board, Naz and Jordan got a bit touchy-feely, right in front of Fleur and Erin, and backs were arched.

As a reward for saving the day, Fleur was taken off for some one-on-one time which consisted of -- surprise, surprise -- a meal and a deep-and-meaningful.

At the cocktail party each of the girls took their last chance to say their piece, and Fleur even managed to sneak in a cheeky pash.

This rose ceremony was the most emotional one of the season; Erin's name was called first, followed by Gabs, and then Fleur, leaving Naz and Kate in the bottom two.

Naz couldn't cope with the pressure, however, and had a breakdown before Jordan managed to call the name for the last rose.

Luckily for her mental wellbeing, Naz's name was called and it was time for Kate to go home.
