Janet Jackson has given birth to her first child at the age of 50, her publicist has confirmed.
The pop star and sister of Michael Jackson welcomed her son with husband Wissam Al Mana.
"Janet Jackson and husband Wissam Al Mana are thrilled to welcome their new son Eissa Al Mana into the world," the representative said in a statement to media.
"Janet had a stress-free, healthy delivery and is resting comfortably."
Janet, the youngest member of the legendary Jackson family, married the Qatari businessman in 2012, when he was aged 37.
In April last year, she postponed a series of concerts to focus on starting a family.
"We thank God for our blessing," she stated at the time.
The 'Rhythm Nation' hitmaker is a seven-time Grammy winner and Al Mana is her third husband.
