Pop superstar Justin Bieber was slammed into a wall by a former NHL player on Saturday night (local time) - but it was all for a good cause.
The check by Chris Pronger saw Bieber not only shoved into the boards, but also dragged along with his face pressed into it.
The match was part of the NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout, which supports the Echoes for Hope charity for foster youth.
Bieber, a native Canadian, missed two penalties while playing, but managed to score a goal just as time ran out.
He was also seen travelling at speed into the barriers around the rink, slipping and falling onto his backside.
