Former Happy Days and Joanie Loves Chachi star Erin Moran has died aged 56.
She was found dead on Saturday afternoon (local time) after Indiana police responded to an "unresponsive female" report, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The cause of death is not yet known.
Moran rose to fame in the 1970s as a 12-year-old, starring as Joanie Cunningham in the sitcom Happy Days. She later starred in a spinoff series spawned by the show, called Joanie Loves Chachi.
Her former co-star Henry Winkler posted a tribute to Moran on Twitter, saying her death came "too soon".
"Now you will finally have the peace you wanted so badly here on Earth... Rest in it serenely now," he tweeted.
