Beyoncé has given birth, adding a set of twins to her family with Jay-Z.
It follows days of speculation the 35-year-old singer had given birth at a Los Angeles medical centre earlier this week, after her sister was spotted arriving there.
E! News reports multiple sources have since confirmed the babies have arrived. Their sexes are as yet unknown.
The twins join older sister, five-year-old Blue Ivy Carter. The Carters announced the pregnancy through an elaborate photo shoot in February.
Though she carried on with her Grammy performance, Beyoncé cancelled her April appearance at Coachella, with Lady Gaga stepping in.
The star is yet to confirm her birth and has made no social media posts this week.
