Ryan Reynolds has paid homage to the cast and crew of Wonder Woman after the film's revenue overtook that of Deadpool.
This DC Comics film starring Gal Gadot rose to US$368 million at the North American box office over the weekend, overtaking the US$363 million Fox's R-rated Deadpool in the market.
Reynolds clearly has nothing but love for the competition, however, retweeting a post from the official Deadpool Twitter account reading "The Merc may be filthier, but her B.O. is stronger. Congrats #WonderWoman".
Wonder Woman has also become the tenth highest-grossing superhero movie of all time at the North American box office.
Deadpool might be sharing love for the hit DC film, but he recently mocked its predecessor, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.
