The plastic surgery fanatic who has been dubbed "a human Ken doll" had yet another procedure: paying doctors to slice his skin to give him cat eyes during a "surgery holiday" in Iran.

The new eye procedure, along with his tenth nose job, comes days after Brazil-born Rodrigo Alves celebrated his 34th birthday.

Alves has spent around NZD$800,000 on more than 150 body-changing operations and procedures, including liposuction, six-pack implants and Botox.

The TV presenter, who currently lives in London, travelled to Tehran in Iran to have his eyes pulled, sliced and stitched into a feline shape, the Daily Mail reports.

He thanked his doctors on Instagram "for the amazing treatment today and for my so much wanted cat eye lift".

He told the Daily Mail he believes the procedure will make him look "sexier".

"A lot of celebrities have done it and does look amazing."

Alves wrote on Instagram that he intends to organise "a good photo-shoot to show the world my new look" once he's healed.
