MediaWorks says a report that a member of its board of directors has resigned is incorrect.
A story by The Spinoff website claimed that Julie Christie had quit as a director of the company.
A spokesperson for MediaWorks said the story was not remotely accurate and that Ms Christie also does not have an executive role at the company.
