Evidence of just how many people were living in an earthquake-damaged building in Wellington is becoming clearer as it's demolished.
Number 61 Molesworth St was supposed to be an empty office block but after the earthquake it was discovered people were living there.
The owner admitted to Newshub this week there were at least six tenants living on three floors but belongings can be seen on at least four floors.
The council says it's too dangerous to retrieve any items.
