Bridge the Gap is a programme that helps teenagers from all walks of life, whether they are associated with gangs or from a privileged background.

It helps teenagers become confident and make something good of their lives.

It is having so much success that Child Youth and Family have jumped on board and want it to be rolled out across the country.

Confidence builder Amanda Betts started Bridge the Gap after her own "extremely harrowing childhood".

Ms Betts says the most important thing is giving a teenager a "line pull" – a line of hope that shows them potential.
