What wine should you be drinking this spring?
The days are gradually getting longer and there's a hint of the anticipation that spring brings with it, knowing summer is right around the corner.
That means eating al fresco, cooking up a storm on the barbeque and perhaps accompanying meals with a glass of wine.
It's also nearly the weekend, so it's time to start thinking about what wine you'll be drinking with lunch tomorrow.
Wine writer Yvonne Lorkin joined Paul Henry in studio this morning with the top three lunch wines this spring.
She says what you should look for when choosing a spring wine is crispiness, crunch and something floral and perky.
She chose a pinot gris, a viognier and a rosé.
