Study aims to find anorexia-causing gene
A new global initiative aims to ease the suffering of anorexics.
It’s called the Anorexia Nervosa Genetics Initiative - or Angi for short.
The plan is to find out the genes responsible for the psychiatric disorder, and then use those findings to provide a more successful treatment plan.
Professor Cynthia Bulik is the lead researcher for the project, she joined Paul Henry to talk about the project.
