Finn Bilhous flourishes at Winter Games

The Winter Games have attracted some of the world's top snow sports athletes, but they are also proving a testing ground for the next generation.

One of those is schoolboy Finn Bilhous, seen as one of New Zealand's top young riders.

He's competing in the Big Air at the Winter Games, but also dabbles in halfpipe and slopestyle.

The 15-year-old has to balance school with his sporting pursuits, and extensive travel.

But it's away from the classroom where the talented teenager is really making things happen. Bilhous finished seventh in the halfpipe at the Junior World Champs earlier this year, and his coach is confident the Winter Olympics aren't far off.
