For four years, lock Joe Wheeler and Japanese halfback Fumiaki Tanaka were teammates who became fan favourites with their antics on television.
But this weekend the funny man and the tiny halfback will be on opposing sides for the first time when the Highlanders face the Sunwolves in Invercargill on Saturday.
