Lillyman's 250th match to be without Matulino

Warriors veteran Jacob Lillyman will be without is main front rowing partner for his 250th career appearance in Sydney on Friday night.

Ben Matulino will miss Lillyman's milestone match after being handed down a one-match suspension after taking an early guilty plea on a shoulder charge offence in last Sunday's 36 -16 loss to the Raiders.

Lillyman joined the Warriors in 2009 after playing 62 games for the North Queensland Cowboys.

This Friday's match will also make him the 112th player in NRL's history to play 250 games.

The Warriors will face the Rabbitohs at ANZ Stadium on Friday night before returning to Mt Smart Stadium for their penultimate match of the season against the Sea Eagles next Sunday.
