West Indies have been dealt a huge blow with captain Jason Holder suspended for the second Test in Hamilton.
Holder has been suspended for one match for maintaining a slow over-rate during the Blackcaps first Test win at the Basin Reserve in Wellington.
The 26-year-old has also been 60 percent of his match fee and his team-mates 30 percent.

The charge was laid by on-field umpires Ian Gould and Rod Tucker, third umpire Bruce Oxenford, and fourth official Wayne Knights.
Chris Broad of the Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees imposed the suspension on Holder after the Windies were ruled to be three overs short of their target, even after time allowances were taken into consideration.
It is the second time Holder has been suspended for a slow over-rate in 2017, being charged for the same incident for a Test match against Pakistan back in April.
