The NFL season might be over, but Arizona Cardinals player Justin Pugh may have delivered the hit of the season on Kiwi actor KJ Apa.
A video emerged on social media of the Riverdale star working out with Pugh at a gym alongside performance trainer Alex Fine.
The Instagram post shows Apa as if he was a running back in the NFL, show off some silky footwork as he tried to get around Pugh.
But the 6ft4, 137kg NFL player wasn't having a bar of it and flattened the Kiwi, who hit the ground hard.
In the Netflix series, the 20-year-old plays the lead role of Archie Andrews, who plays American football in the series.
While Apa might not be in the NFL soon, he is related to one of the best All Blacks of all time in Sir Michael Jones.
