A tiny moth has become the first creature to be named after US President-elect Donald Trump.
The Neopalpa donaldtrumpi has a very recognisable hairstyle, which scientists likened to the billionaire's famous mop.
"The specific epithet is selected because of the resemblance of the scales on the frons (head) of the moth to Mr. Trump's hairstyle," lead author Vazrick Nazari wrote in the research paper, published on Wednesday.
Donaldtrumpi has a wingspan only a centimetre across, and a "unique" tiny, curved penis. Mr Trump infamously defended the size of his own genitalia during the Republican debates.
It lives on the border of California and Mexico, where Mr Trump has promised to build a wall.
Mr Trump has yet to tweet about his latest honour.
Outgoing US President Barack Obama had nine species named after him while in office, including a prehistoric lizard (Obamadon gracilis), a spider (Aptostichus barackobamai) and a colourful fish (Etheostama obama).
