A 28-year-old Auckland shop manager has been jailed for a year after being found guilty of distributing a 20 minute movie of a three-year-old girl being raped.
Robert Ibbetson was caught after a Department of Internal Affairs investigation tracked the movie to his computer's IP address.
He was also charged and found guilty of possessing 13 films showing children aged between three and 14 being raped and sexually violated.
The judge turned down an application for home detention because Ibbetson had consistently shown no remorse.
