Missing Chinese woman Yaqin Wu has been found at Auckland Airport this afternoon, just hours after police released a CCTV photo from when she was last seen.
The 60-year-old visitor went missing after she left the Heartland Hotel foyer around 2:55am on Wednesday.
She arrived in New Zealand with a tour group on Sunday and stayed at the hotel in Airpark Dr, Mangere.
Someone at the airport recognised Ms Wu and Airport Police were contacted.
Police are now assisting Yaqin Wu and her trip back to China.
They thanked the community for their assistance.
