Homework club boosts rugby players' marks

An Auckland high school has turned its rugby players' NCEA results around in just a few years.

Once a week, the Kelston rugby boys get together to focus on their schoolwork. Principal Brian Evans says it has been a huge success.

"They took the first XV results from probably around 25 percent to around 90 to 95 percent across the whole team in NCEA."

Today All Black Steven Luatua went along to talk about his own studies and plans for the future.
