Queenstown police have found an Australian man who disappeared on Thursday afternoon while holidaying in the South Island town.
Concerns were raised when the 23-year-old tourist wandered off from a group of friends in the Gibbston Valley at 4pm.
Their attempts to find him afterwards were unsuccessful.
However after intervention from police, Mr Perry was found on State Highway 6 late on Thursday night.
