Police are investigating a video that emerged online, showing a car doing burnouts around a King Country playground.
The video, posted to Facebook but later removed, shows a child looking on as the car slides around the grass at Mangaokewa Reserve, leaving a trail of mud behind.
Police say anyone who witnesses such risky behaviour should report it immediately.
