A missing young boy with health problems has been found safe and well.
Alex Donaldson is 12 years old and police say he has a mental age of four.
He went missing from his parent's house in Broomfield, Christchurch.
Alex was wearing navy track pants, navy Crocs, and a maroon and grey jacket when he disappeared.
Police thank the public for keeping an eye out for him.
