Two people have received minor injuries in a light plane crash near Ardmore, south of Auckland.
Police say the Cessna 152 made a forced landing in farmland about 3.5km from the Ardmore Airfield just before 2pm, after the pilot reported the engine had stopped.
The aircraft overturned on landing, with the two occupants suffering minor injuries.
Emergency services are at the scene.
The Civil Aviation Authority has been notified.
