Collins' accuser to appear at Parliament

Justice Minister Judith Collins could be in for round two today over her potentially illegal use of a gun, with the man making the complaint appearing at Parliament.

National Shooters Association president Richard Lincoln is giving evidence at a select committee on a separate matter, but will likely face questions over Ms Collins.

He complained to police about Ms Collins firing a gun at Auckland's Environmental Science and Research centre last month.

He says it was illegal because she wasn't under immediate supervision.

But police say they won't investigate the matter, so Mr Lincoln has taken it to the Independent Police Conduct Authority.
