Lots of people's favourite sports film from the 1990s was Space Jam, featuring Michael Jordan and the Looney Tunes.

It has been reported that a sequel is being filmed, starring three-time NBA champion LeBron James.

But before that's released, a parody version of the film has been released featuring the far less famous NBA player Jeremy Lin.

The Brooklyn Nets guard plays the role of Michael Jordan, but instead of featuring characters from Looney Tunes, it stars iconic anime characters from programmes including Dragonball Z, Yu-Gi-Oh, Naruto and Sailor Moon.

It begins with Lin announcing his retirement because he wants to play video games and watch anime.

This is not the first time the 27-year-old has played a part in Youtube comedy videos, either - Lin also wore a fake beard to prank people at a gym with Taiwanese actor Vanness Wu.

The year before that, he terrified people at Madam Tussauds in San Francisco by pretending to be a wax figure.

The video was created by Youtube star Ryan Higa.
