All Whites Jeremy Brockie and Michael Boxall have found themselves targeted in a racism row directed at their South African club SuperSport United.

An inflammatory article from the South Africa paper the Sunday Times was posted after SuperSport United beat the Orlando Pirates to win the Nedbank Cup.

Both Brockie and Boxall scored in the 3-2 win, and the forward was later named Nedbank Cup player of the year.

At the end of a match report from journalists Tshepang Mailwane and Marc Strydom described Brockie and fellow South African striker Bradley Grobler as a "white boy onslaught".

"When last did any PSL side field as many footballers of the pale skin variety as SuperSport United can? Dean Furman, Michael Morton and Michael Boxall added to the complement.

"'Where do they all come from? How do they run so fast?'," must have been the thoughts going through the Bucs player's minds as they allowed Matsatsantsa to line-dance circles around them."

Boxall let his displeasure known on social media.

"Quality journalism in 2016," Boxall tweeted with a frowning emoticon.

The pair will now link up with the New Zealand team in Papua New Guinea for the OFC Nations Cup.

The All Whites will play Vanuatu tonight in their second game after beating Fiji 3-1 in their opening match.
