Steven Adams fan's chest painting message after groin kick

The Steven Adams fan club was out in full force today at game four in Oklahoma City, with one fan sporting a cheeky response to Adams' recent groin injury.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are trying to go ahead 3-1 in the best-of-seven series against the record-breaking Golden State Warriors.

One shirtless man painted his chest in support of Adams after the Kiwi NBA star was kicked in the groin by Draymond Green this week.

"Protect Adam's kiwis [sic]" was painted across the fan's chest, with a picture of kiwifruit representing Adams' sensitive parts.

The fan was captured on camera before the game went to commercial break.

After the incident the NBA opted not to suspend Green for his kick to Adams' groin, but he was fined $25,000.
