6-0, 3-0 down and facing a first round exit, Schiavone just needed some love, which she to got from one of the tournament's ballboys.
As Schiavone walked back to the baseline to serve, she gestured to the ballboy who seemed a little nervous until he got a bear hug from the unseeded Italian tennis player.
