Video: Louisiana College football team steps up leg day

An American football coach has put a twist on wall sits to make leg day even harder for his players.

Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns strength and conditioning coach Lewis Caralla walked across players' legs as they did wall sits with 45-pound (20kg) plates.

The players sang out their fight song as Caralla walked across them like he was skipping from stone to stone.

Anyone who has done wall sits to improve lower body strength will know the pain, but there is no doubt this test took the workout to a whole new level.

Fellow coach Ethan Rosenbalm recorded the clip and it's since made its way around the internet.

If this clip is anything to go by, then the Ragin' Cajuns will no doubt be one of the most well-conditioned teams when College football season rolls around.
