Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant believes Game 7 will simply come down to whoever wants it more.

Durant, who is averaging 28.5 points and 7.1 rebounds in the play-offs, believes that both teams already know all each other's plays and it'll come down to heart.

"We can talk about scenarios, what's happened in the past, but it just comes down to playing basketball," Durant said after morning shootaround.

"Whoever wants it, the Xs and Os don't matter at this point, we know what they're going to do, they know what we're going to do.

"We've just got to go out there and play hard basketball for 48 minutes and walk off their court with no regrets no matter what."

Steven Adams was his usual laid-back self ahead of the deciding game.

Adams played against the Memphis Grizzlies as a rookie in a Game 7, but struggled to even remember the game.

When asked if it felt any different playing in an elimination game, Adams responded: "I can't really remember, were we at home? I'm trying to remember for you, mate. I'm sorry."

The odds are stacked against the Thunder, will home teams holding an all-time 100-24 record in NBA Game 7s.

The game at Oracle Arena, Oakland tip-offs at 1pm (NZT) with the winner going on to take on LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals.

It was an extraordinary play in one of the great NBA Playoff games, but Steven Adams has not bothered to watch it.

Midway through the second quarter of Saturday's Western Conference Finals game six thriller between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Golden State Warriors, Adams, the 213cm tall New Zealander, took flight.

He launched off his right foot, the ball was held high in his right hand and despite the Warriors' power forward Draymond Green in the way, Adams launched to the basket for an explosive one-handed dunk.

"No," Adams, the Thunder's 22-year-old centre, replied when asked if he had watched a replay of the dunk that set Twitter alight.

"There's no point.

"We lost the game."

Adams said he is purely focused on beating the Warriors, not watching video clips of himself.

"We are not depressed or sad or anything," Adams, describing the team's mentality after losing game six, said.

"We are just ready for the game and excited by the opportunity."
