Champion shot putter Valerie Adams has taken up the running man challenge, the latest in a string of prominent sportspeople to cut some shapes on social media.
The 31-year-old uploaded a video of her moves to Instagram last night, describing the dance as "a fun warm down" to conclude her morning training session.
Adams' contribution comes a day after a video of the New Zealand Police doing their own version of the popular challenge went viral.
The running man challenge is an update on 2013's 'Harlem Shake' craze, where groups of people filmed themselves dancing to the Baauer song.
